About the job
Paediatric Speech Pathologist | Build & Grow Our Recent Service

Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for more than just another job?
What if you had the opportunity to help shape and grow an entire Speech Pathology service within a supportive, family-centred multidisciplinary clinic?
At MyRecovery, we've built a clinic where therapists feel genuinely supported, families feel understood, and children are given every opportunity to thrive.
As our first Speech Pathologist, you'll have the unique prospect to establish and grow our Speech Pathology service while working alongside an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.
We're passionate about creating an environment where therapists have the freedom to develop their own clinical style, contribute ideas, and enjoy coming to work each day.

Why Join MyRecovery?
MyRecovery is a growing allied health clinic based in Campbelltown, supporting children and families throughout the local community.
We believe great therapy starts with supported therapists. When our team feels valued, trusted and empowered, the children and families we work with receive the very best care.
Our clinic has been built around a simple philosophy: when clinicians are trusted, encouraged and given room to grow, they provide the best possible outcomes for the families they work with.
While you'll be leading the establishment of our Speech Pathology service, you won't be doing it alone. You'll become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that genuinely values your expertise, encourages collaboration and supports your professional growth.
We value curiosity, kindness, teamwork and continuous learning. We don't believe in micromanaging clinicians—we believe in empowering them.

About the Role
As our Speech Pathologist, you'll enjoy a varied paediatric caseload, genuine flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within your local community.
Your role may include:
Managing a paediatric caseload (0–18 years)

including children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy challenges, fluency disorders, social communication differences and other communication needs.
Conducting assessments, intervention planning, individual therapy, group programs and report writing.
Delivering therapy across community, clinic and educational settings.
Working closely with families, educators and other professionals to provide meaningful, family-centred care.
Collaborating closely with our Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
Developing resources, programs and initiatives that help establish and grow our Speech Pathology service.
Having the autonomy to develop your own therapy style while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Our therapists enjoy a balanced mix of community and clinic-based work, allowing flexibility while building strong relationships with families.

Help Shape Our Speech Pathology Service
This isn't just an opportunity to join a Speech Pathology team—it's an opportunity to help build one.
You'll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Speech Pathology at MyRecovery.
Rather than stepping into an already established department, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our Speech service develops, contribute ideas, build resources, shape referral pathways and help create a service that reflects your professional values.
If you've ever wanted to make a lasting impact without the pressure and risk of running your own business,

this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
