Contractor Opportunity | Versatile Consulting | Immediate Referral Base

We are seeking an experiencedPaediatric Speech Pathologistto join our growing practice on a flexible contractor basis.
Whether you are looking for one day per week, part-time or full-time consulting, we provide the referrals, administrative support and clinical environment so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

About the Role
You will assess and provide evidence-based intervention for children (0–18 years) with a wide range of communication, developmental and feeding needs.
Your caseload may include:
Speech sound disorders
Language delay and language disorders
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Social communication difficulties
Fluency disorders
Literacy and phonological awareness
Feeding and swallowing (where experienced)
AAC assessment and intervention
Parent coaching and school collaboration
Services may be delivered in the clinic, via telehealth or through school visits where appropriate.
Clients are funded through:
Medicare
NDIS (Self-Managed participants)
Private Health Insurance
Private funding
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia
Current NSW Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Desirable Experience
The following will be highly regarded:
Experience with NDIS and Medicare-funded services
AAC assessment and intervention
Feeding and swallowing management- not essential
Telehealth service delivery
School and childcare collaboration
Key Word Sign, DIR/Floortime or other evidence-based paediatric training
Ability to prepare high-quality clinical and funding reports
