About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum. You will create engaging, inclusive and supportive classroom environments that promote student achievement, wellbeing and personal growth.
Reporting to the Head of Primary School, you will work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure positive outcomes for students while contributing to the broader life of the College.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning programs.
Foster strong literacy, numeracy and inquiry learning outcomes.
Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities and needs.
Monitor, assess and report on student progress and achievement.
Establish positive classroom cultures using effective behaviour management and restorative practices.
Support the social, emotional and spiritual development of students.
Build solid partnerships with parents and caregivers.
Contribute to curriculum development, moderation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in College activities, events and professional learning opportunities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
A recognised Bachelor of Education (Primary)



or equivalent teaching qualification.
Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
Current Working With Children Check.
Experience teaching in a primary school environment.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A commitment to inclusive teaching practices and student wellbeing.
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider College community.
Alignment with the Vision, Mission and Values of Living Waters Lutheran College.

Desirable
A Christian faith.
Experience across a range of primary year levels.
Knowledge of evidence-based literacy and numeracy instruction.
