About the Role
The Coordinator is responsible for delivering teaching duties while applying a range of management strategies and technologies to fulfil leadership responsibilities. This role focuses on overseeing and improving the quality of teaching and learning, leading and implementing curriculum initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery across the school.
The Coordinator supports staff in understanding and applying creative teaching practices, manages student behaviour expectations, and oversees the organisation and supervision of relief staff. In collaboration with colleagues, the Coordinator contributes to the design and implementation of strategies that achieve the school's annual improvement priorities and long-term goals.

Qualifications and Eligibility
Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching
ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) policy
