Location:Stella Maris Catholic Primary School, Shellharbour
A temporary part time position commencing 28 January **** until 26 January ****. The successful applicant will be required to teach Creative Arts - Music, Dance and Drama.
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
Knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School.
Experience in teaching Music in a Primary School setting.
Assistance with liturgical events.
Ability to implement differentiated learning and assessment experiences for students in the teaching of the NSW Creative Arts Syllabus.
Experience in leading school band and choir programs.
Positive strategies for managing student behaviour and high expectations for student learning within the SPB4L Framework.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA
Ability to work flexibly within a shared teaching arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate qualifications in Teaching - Creative Arts (Music Syllabus).
Accredited Level D to teach Religious Education in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain this level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
The applicant must be accredited with NESA to teach in NSW.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
