Details of Position
Executive Assistant to the Principal
Full Time – 38 hours per week
Commencing early November ****

This position closely supports the Principal, works alongside him in providing assistance with his schedule, anticipating documents, support and correspondence that may be required for upcoming meetings and events.
Supporting the Principal by providing a comprehensive, fully confidential and efficient administrative and personal assistance service.

values and high standards of the College, by demonstrating unfailing integrity and professionalism at all times with the utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications / Skills / Attributes
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
Shows initiative
Experience with use of School Management Systems or similar
Hold a Paid, Working with Children Blue Card
