Job Description
Greystar is seeking a Site-based Facilities Manager for A'Beckett Street, Melbourne. You will split time between hands-on maintenance and strategic budgeting, CapEx planning, and subcontractor leadership. You'll influence processes from day one and contribute to safety and regulatory compliance.
This full-time role reports to the Community Manager and includes on-call support within a rotating roster, with responsibilities spanning both daily maintenance and larger strategic initiatives.
