St Mary's Cathedral College Sydney is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate English Teacher. This is a temporary full-time leave cover position, commencing Monday, 12 October **** until the end of Term 4, ****.
About You
As aEnglish Teacher (Years 7-12), you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:
exemplary classroom practice and experience in Teaching Stages 4-6 English
energetic and innovative practitioner with suitable experience in teaching, programming and assessment
ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of the students
sound interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as a team member
confidence with the integration of technology into the curriculum to promote quality learning principles
an understanding and an ability to support the Catholic life of the College
a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
