We are looking for a motivated, organised and efficient Estimator to join our agile business based in our Smeaton Grange branch, you will report directly to the National Estimating Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
n
Qualifications / Skills, experience and attributes
n
Experience in residential building (this is highly desirable)
n
Strong analytical, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Review and interpret engineering drawings,



geotechnical reports to determine optimal piling solutions
n
Good communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders
n
Ability to work autonomously and liaise with internal departments as required
n
Previous experience using estimating software and systems
n
