About the Role
n TMA Technology is looking for a practical and customer focused Service Technician to deliver onsite maintenance, fault finding, repairs and project installation support.
n
This role suits someone with electronic or mechanical technical experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems and providing reliable service to customers.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Attend customer sites for maintenance, repairs and fault finding
n
Support equipment installations and project work
n
Respond promptly to service callouts and customer issues
n
Accurately record service work,



parts and expenses in Syteline
n
Maintain van stock and ensure parts are correctly accounted for
n
Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates
n
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in technical service, maintenance or equipment installation
n
Electronic or mechanical technical experience
n
Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
n
Able to manage your own workload and work independently
n
Positive communication and customer service skills
n
Reliable, adaptable and safety focused
n
Comfortable participating in an on-call roster
n
