CJD Equipment has an exciting prospect for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team as a resident technician servicing the Bathurst, Orange and Cowra region.

In this autonomous role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of Volvo Construction Equipment, providing exceptional service and support to customers across Central West NSW.

In this autonomous role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of Volvo Construction Equipment, providing exceptional service and support to customers across Central West NSW.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Volvo construction machines
n
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
n
Work autonomously in the field to complete scheduled and breakdown servicing and repairs
n
Utilise computer-based diagnostic tools and parts catalogues
n
Coordinate service bookings and communicate directly with customers
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the Central West region
n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Qualified Heavy Diesel, Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Mechanic (or equivalent)
n
Current MR Licence
n
Experience with construction,



earthmoving or heavy equipment
n
Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
n
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
n
Willing to travel throughout the Central West region
n
A proactive team player with a strong commitment to safety
n
