Studying engineering drawings and specifications to determine job requirements Selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock Performing MIG, STICK and TIG welding
Operating automatic mandrel bender machines Operating of milling and lathe machine Operating automatic pinch rolls machine
Organise and supervise the daily operations of the workshop Cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand tools and 80 tonne brake press machine
Cold saw cutting and guillotine cutting Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision finishing products by cleaning, polishing,



filing and bathing in acidic solutions Carrying out visual inspection welding reports for quality assurance of our manufactured products
Designing program instructions and developing coding for CNC Bodor i7 laser cutting machine Gain knowledge of fabricating over 500 different product and follow technical drawings for bespoke products Forklift license
Drivers license AU******SP MIG welding ticket Minimum of 5 years experience
$95,000 - $105,000 plus superannuation
