GemLife is seeking experienced Residential Site Managers and Site Supervisors from New Zealand to join our growing team and help deliver a pipeline of premium lifestyle resort developments. We'll support your move with relocation assistance and provide training or recognition of prior learning to help you obtain your Site Supervisor qualification where required. We're looking for a Residential Site Manager for our Gold Coast site located in Pimpama, and a Residential Site Supervisor for our Chambers Flat site in Logan.
About the Role
You'll join one of our large-scale lifestyle resort developments where you'll oversee the construction of high-quality residential homes from site establishment through to handover.
Work on a major lifestyle resort development with more than 200 homes yet to be built
Coordinate up to 60 homes at varying stages of construction
Manage contractors, labourers and plant operators on site
Plan and schedule works using Onsite Companion
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to GemLife's quality standards
Drive productivity by coordinating trades and maintaining workflow across multiple homes
What You'll Need
Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
Willingness to complete Site Supervisor training / prior learning assessment - paid for by us!
Proven experience in production/volume residential construction
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
OH&S; knowledge and commitment to safety
Tech confidence (construction software)




Valid driver's licence
Hands-on, proactive approach - lead from the front
