THE WORK:

As a
ServiceNowArchitect
you will support the sales pursuit activities, integrated solutiondesignsand complex program delivery for our clients.
n

Develop solutions for
salesopportunityincluding
value proposition, roadmaps, architecture, supportofferings to win deals.
n
Knowledge of businessprocessand ServiceNow product to support development and expansion ofsolutionto meet business strategy.
n
Provide direction in applying technology to theclientbusiness.
n
Facilitate clientworkshop, document
businessrequirement,
and developa solution.
n
Develop technical solution design with technical architects to create corresponding cost estimates.
n
Support presales technical and functional activity for clients.
n
Share knowledgetothe delivery team to ensure smooth transfer from sales to delivery.
n

Working experience as ServiceNow Architect with certified

Experience in explaining complex topics clearly and concisely to business and clients.

Expertisein one or more of the following ServiceNow applications:ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM

Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
