We are looking for energetic and dedicated Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our team in Oakleigh. You will be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
n
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
n
Running food and drinks to tables promptly
n
Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service
n




Maintaining a clean and organised floor area
n
Communicating effectively with both the kitchen and Front of House teams
n
Handling customer requests and enquiries with a professional manner
n
Following venue procedures and strict food safety standards
n
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented team environment
n

Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred
n
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people

Reliable, punctual, and consistently well-presented

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during peak periods

Availability to work across weekends and busy service shifts
