Our OpportunityDue to internal changes and growth, we are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our team based in Campbelltown NSW, in the permanent full-time position of Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator. This hands-on role will see the successful applicants' duties include: Purchasing of spare parts and consumablesSpare parts enquiries and salesPicking, packing and preservation of spare partsQuality checks and controlReceiving and despatchCycle counting and
stocktakeHousekeeping
of warehouse and work areaEnsure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policiesThe Right PersonTo be considered for this opportunity, you will have: Between 3 – 5 years' experience in
warehousingExperience
in sales and customer service Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc. Prior experience in a similar warehouse role within industrial, mining, materials handling, or manufacturing industries (Highly desirable but not essential)PRONTO or equivalent ERP system experience is essential, coupled with good computer literacyEffective written and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer serviceKeen eye for detailAbility to work in a team setting with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solvingCurrent Australian Driver's License.

Forklift license (Preferred)Current work rights in Australia.
n

Our Opportunity

Due to internal changes and growth, we are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our team based in Campbelltown NSW, in the permanent full-time position of Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator. This hands-on role will see the successful applicants' duties include:
n

Purchasing of spare parts and consumables
n




Spare parts enquiries and sales
n
Picking, packing and preservation of spare parts
n
Quality checks and control
n
Receiving and despatch
n
Cycle counting and stocktake
n
Housekeeping of warehouse and work area
n
Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies
n
n
The Right Person
n
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
n
n
Between 3 – 5 years' experience in warehousing
n
Experience in sales and customer service
n
Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc.
n
Prior experience in a similar warehouse role within industrial, mining, materials handling, or manufacturing industries (Highly desirable but not essential)
n
PRONTO or equivalent ERP system experience is essential, coupled with good computer literacy
n
Effective written and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
n
Keen eye for detail
n
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving
n
Current Australian Driver's License.
n
Forklift license (Preferred)
n
Current work rights in Australia.
n
Willingness to undergo a National Police background check and a Pre-Employment Medical check
