VMIA is seeking a Claims Specialist - Medical Indemnity to manage a portfolio of claims from initial assessment through to resolution, delivering timely, defensible and client-centred outcomes. You will apply your knowledge of medical negligence, duty of care, and personal injury law to assess liability, establish reserves, negotiate settlements and identify recovery opportunities.
The role reports to Portfolio Manager and sits in the Risk, Insurance and Claims Solutions division, supporting
