NSW SES is seeking a Trainer & Assessor Development Officer to strengthen the volunteer workforce and ensure sustainable training delivery across NSW. You will recruit, retain, develop and support Trainers and Assessors, coaching on RTO requirements, procedures, and compliant practices.

The role involves travel to multiple NSW locations, occasional out-of-hours work, and a 35-hour week with versatile work options in a hybrid environment.
