You will work closely with our Group Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, agile kitchen. Key Responsibilities Plan menus, develop recipes, and oversee food preparation Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent, high-quality output Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards Manage stock levels and place orders as required Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service Continuously improve kitchen processes and efficiency About You Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef, or 3 years as a qualified Chef Strong knowledge of food preparation,



plating, and presentation Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure Proven leadership and team development skills Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Valid food safety and hygiene certification Valid Australian work visa or work authorisation required.
