Early Childhood Education and Care Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership across all aspects of service delivery, working directly with the CEO in this senior leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of a respected community-based service while leading operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Operational leadership and workforce management
Quality improvement and regulatory compliance
Staff development, coaching and mentoring
Family and community engagement
Financial oversight and service sustainability

Strategic operational planning alongside the CEO

About you

You will have a qualification in Early Childhood or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in Early Childhood
Strong operational and people leadership skills
Passionate about high-quality early childhood education and care

Committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children, families, and staff

Minimum three (3) years' experience in a Nominated Supervisor, Centre Director, Operations Manager, Assistant Director, or equivalent leadership position within an Early Childhood Education and Care service.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and improving service outcomes.
Proven ability to manage compliance, workforce planning, budgeting, and service operations.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, and Early Years Learning Framework
