NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Solicitor to lead child protection litigation, primarily in the Children's Court, with appellate work in higher courts.

The Senior Child Law Advocate will mentor junior lawyers, deliver strategic legal advice, and collaborate with caseworkers and external counsel to drive improved outcomes for children and families.

The role emphasises cultural responsiveness and Aboriginal-focused practice to support communities across NSW.
