Casual opportunity, potential for ongoing About the position We are seeking a casual Property Management Leasing Consultant to join our growing property management team. Initial and ongoing training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is well presented with a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. This is the ideal chance for someone wanting to progress their Real Estate Career and comfortable with travelling between locations. The Leasing Consultant will be tasked with duties relating to leasing of New Business and Re-let properties. Some responsibilities will include:



Showing properties through open for inspections Feedback on prospective Renters to the current business team and property managers Ingoing and outgoing condition reports Conducting routine inspections General administration About the person We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has: Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Previous Property Management experience an advantage, however not essential Current Drivers Licence Great work ethic and attitude Ability to use the MS Office package as well as other real estate software systems.
