Your role
As the Coach, you will:

- Work closely with the HOD/C to develop and implement whole-school, evidence-based and consistent instructional routines
- Contribute as a valued member of the leadership team, helping to advise on and shape the future direction of the school
- Build a whole-school coaching culture that strengthens consistency and quality of pedagogy




- Coach teams and individuals to support ongoing professional growth
- Work with teachers at all stages of their careers to leverage existing strengths and build instructional capability
