Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, presenting the bar menu and ensuring a positive experience.

Assist the guests reconditing/upselling beverages according to venue standards and responsible service requirements.





Maintain Tables & floor cleanliness and presentation, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas.

Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments, whenever requested

Maintain service station with guest supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA policies at all times.

Support the bar Hostess team and supervisors with opening, closing, and operational duties while contributing to sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid NSW RSA Comp Card

Spirit and cocktail knowledge (training will be provided)

Previous customer service work in a bar or restaurant

Motivated with bubbly personality

Trustworthy (able to handle cash; training will be provided)

Eager to learn
