ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join a leading civil contractor delivering land development and subdivision projects across Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong civil construction experience looking to work on major residential development projects.

Main Duties

- Carry out surveying and set-out for civil construction works
- Complete earthworks, drainage, utilities, and roadworks set-out
- Conduct levels, measurements, and as-built surveys
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams
- Ensure accurate survey data and documentation

Requirements
- Relevant surveying qualification
- 3+ years' experience in civil construction surveying




- Experience in land development or subdivision projects
- Strong knowledge of survey equipment and software
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Australian work rights
