Harry & Maxwell is seeking an experienced Head of HSE to lead health, safety and setting for a confidential 1GW hyperscale energy and data centre project in the Northern Territory. The role owns the project HSE system, contractor HSE assurance across EPC packages, and critical risk and environmental compliance for a remote greenfield site with up to 3,200 workers and a 4,500 resident village.

Perth-based during establishment, moving toward NT site as mobilises.
