About the Role

- Leading complex digital, cloud and modernisation projects within Defence and national security environments.
- Translating business and mission requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Facilitating discussions between senior stakeholders, architects and engineering teams.
- Breaking down complex technical problems into structured work packages and actionable plans.
- Making informed decisions across performance, scalability, security and business impact.
- Validating technical approaches and identifying when deeper technical assessment is required.
- Communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Managing risks, resolving issues and driving projects to successful completion.




- Contributing to best practice development across delivery, architecture and cloud adoption.

What You'll Bring

- Experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT or transformation engagements.
- Robust understanding of modern cloud and digital delivery models.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
- Background in consulting, professional services or Defence delivery.
- Current TSPV security clearance.
