Estimator - Blacktown Area

Our valued client, one of Australia's leading residential construction companies, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their team in the Blacktown area. This permanent, full time associate role focuses on providing accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts, and variations.Salary and Benefits

- $80,000 - $100,000 base salary dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret documents including working drawings and colour selections to prepare BOQs.
- Evaluate modifications for construction constraints, council regulations, and site costs.
- Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
- Produce documentation including accurate tenders, contract tenders, and final consolidations.




- Track progress using workflow reporting tools.

Requirements
- Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
- Construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Building/Estimating (desired).
- On-site experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
