We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market demand for the INNOVA product range. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll work closely with builders, architects, designers, specifiers, and contractors to generate new opportunities and grow existing accounts.

What you'll do

✅ Developing and managing key customer relationships

✅ Identifying and securing new business opportunities

✅ Driving product specification and project opportunities

✅ Managing tenders, RFQs, quotations, and sales enquiries

✅ Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

✅ Creating project-specific strategies that deliver commercial outcomes

✅ Promoting the INNOVA brand across the construction and design industry

What you'll bring

We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

You'll ideally have:

✔ Experience in sales within the building and construction industry

✔ Strong business development capability and a proven track record of growth

✔ Experience working with builders, architects, designers,



or specifiers

✔ Knowledge of construction materials and the building process

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Strong organisational and time management abilities
