Dates: Fri, 30 Oct, Sat, 7 Nov (2-day block)

Shift Times: 08:00 - 18:00

- On call duties involved

Conditions: $3000 if on call for triage CAT 1/2 over night, $2500 if not. Nurse Practitioner support Monday - Friday

Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
