About the role
This is a hands-on Visual Merchandising position within a high-volume Rundle Mall store, where you’ll have real influence over how customers experience the brand.
You will bring seasonal direction to life, creating visually compelling spaces and making sure the store remains commercially focused as product, trends and customer behaviour change.
It’s a role that sits between creativity and commercial thinking. You’ll need an eye for detail and styling, but also understand that effective VM should ultimately support customer engagement and sales.
You’ll work closely with the Store Management team and wider VM network, while also helping the store team understand the thinking behind the visual direction.
What you will do
- Bring seasonal campaigns and visual direction to life across the store
- Create compelling windows, displays and product presentations that capture customer attention
- Manage floor changes, product moves and ongoing visual updates
- Use commercial awareness to ensure visual execution supports sales and customer behaviour
- Review sales results and store performance to identify opportunities through VM
- Stay across fashion movements, styling trends and customer preferences
- Partner with Store Management to align visual priorities with commercial goals
- Coach and educate team members around styling, product presentation and visual standards
- Maintain a consistently polished and inspiring store environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider VM network to share ideas and best practice
What you will bring
- Visual Merchandising experience, ideally within fashion
- Understands windows, floor planning, campaigns and product presentation
- A strong commercial instinct and understanding of how VM can influence sales
- Has a eye for styling, detail and visual storytelling
- Is confident using sales and KPI information to influence decisions
- Can work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team
- Communicates well and enjoys coaching others
- Is organised, adaptable and comfortable working at pace
- Brings energy, creativity and a proactive approach to their work
