As Associate Director, Global Tax, you will lead CSL's global tax reporting and governance activities, including tax accounting, provisioning, tax transparency and emerging international reporting requirements such as Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting. Partnering closely with Finance and Tax teams across the globe, you will deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting that supports business decision-making and regulatory compliance. The role also provides leadership of CSL's tax provisioning technology platform (OneSource), driving continuous improvement, automation and process excellence, while supporting tax governance, Board reporting and strategic tax initiatives across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Taxation APAC & Global Governance, this role works across a broad network of global stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting Operations, Controlling & Reporting, regional Tax teams and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CSL's global tax reporting, accounting and forecasting processes across statutory and management reporting cycles
Own the global tax provision framework, including governance, controls, technology and continuous improvement of the OneSource platform
Drive compliance with Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and other global tax transparency requirements
Partner closely with Finance and regional Tax teams to provide insights into key tax drivers and support business decision-making
Oversee tax disclosures, Board reporting and governance activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Manage CSL's Tax Transparency Report and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of tax governance frameworks
Lead automation, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives that deliver scalable and effective tax reporting solutions
Support strategic tax projects and provide leadership on emerging global tax developments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CA/CPA Qualified
8+ years of corporate tax reporting and tax accounting experience
Experience in Big 4 and/or a large corporate
Strong knowledge of Pillar Two, CbCR and international tax reporting requirements
Experience with SAP and/or Onesource
Ability to influence and partner across global finance and tax teams
Continuous improvement and transformation mindset
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not essential
