Additional Information

- These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight based at the external warehouse in Canning Vale.
- Onboarding will take place at our Innaloo store for the first 4-6 weeks to familiarise you with our picking processes; the role will then transition to our external warehouse in Canning Vale.
- The hours required for this position will range from 5am-10pm.
- Applications close Thursday 17 September 2026
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- A forklift license is preferred but not required.

Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.




- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
