Brellah – The Health Collaboration is expanding and seeking a Geriatrician to join our growing multidisciplinary network across Sydney. - Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA)
- Complex multimorbidity management
- Falls, frailty and sarcopenia optimisation
- Cognitive assessment and memory care pathways
- Polypharmacy review
- Chronic Disease Management & Team Care Arrangements
- ED avoidance and community-based specialist care

Sessions negotiable across one or multiple sites. Candidates may choose their preferred location(s) from the available sites. Essential qualifications
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP – Geriatric Medicine)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- 1–2 years post-fellowship experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative care
- Interest in community-based, multidisciplinary geriatric medicine
