ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Supervisor for a leading civil contractor operating across Queensland. This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience in large-scale residential subdivisions and land development projects.

Main Duties

- Supervise civil crews across subdivision projects
- Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities, services, and pavements
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and site resources
- Manage daily site operations, productivity, and quality
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements

Requirements
- 7+ years' civil construction experience
- Previous experience in a Supervisor role
- Land development or subdivision experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage,



services, and pavements
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong commitment to health & safety
