Duties

Run daily technical and operational tasks to maintain high standards and keep operations running smoothly.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational and machinery issues on the floor.

Enforce strict site safety protocols and quality standards to keep the team protected.

Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and tackle daily goals.

Take charge of continuous hands-on training to sharpen your technical expertise and operational know-how.
Skills & Experience

Experienced in trades, manufacturing, logistics, field service or a related practical industry.





Solid experience operating in fast-paced, hands-on field or shop-floor environments.

Strong troubleshooting ability, adaptable under pressure, and a pull-your-own-weight team attitude.

Safety-first approach, direct communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.

Fit to pass standard pre-employment site medicals and drug/alcohol screenings.
