About this role

- Ongoing, full-time role earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As manager, insights and reporting, you will lead procurement data analysis and reporting across the department.
You will guide your team to produce clear insights that support sound decisions.
You will:
- lead a skilled team and support staff performance, growth and wellbeing
- deliver clear research and analysis on spending, markets, costs and supplier performance
- oversee consistent data analysis, reporting and secure records
- create useful reports, dashboards, briefs and presentations for decision-makers
- improve systems, models and processes to deliver reliable procurement insights.
About you
You do not need a mandatory qualification. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
Experience in public sector procurement, public policy, commercial data analysis or reporting is also highly desirable.
You should also have:
- systems thinking skills to find trends, barriers and opportunities
- predictive analysis skills to select, test and review suitable models
- strategic planning skills to develop and deliver plans that meet policy and legal needs
- leadership skills to guide change,
support inclusion and solve complex problems.
