The Opportunity

Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you'll lead P&C; partnering across our Head Office functions, our National Field Sales team and Ingleburn Operations, with remote reach into Singapore and China. You'll lead and develop a P&C; Advisor, and work closely with leaders to strengthen capability, manage employee relations and deliver initiatives that are genuinely aligned to business priorities.

You'll be:

- Building trusted relationships across Head Office, Operations and our international teams, and coaching leaders to translate business strategy into action through their people





- Acting as a trusted advisor on complex people matters - from performance and conflict through to disciplinary and grievance outcomes, in a way that protects the business and treats people fairly

- Owning the annual Gallup engagement process for your stakeholder group, turning insight into action leaders actually follow through on

- Shaping and delivering the broader P&C; Team Strategy, not just executing it

- Leading and developing a P&C; Advisor, building a high-performing, consistent partnering experience

What you'll bring

- 5+ years' experience in an HR/P&C; Business Partnering role, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or another operational workplace

- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels, with genuine business acumen

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practice

- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international teams (Asia experience a plus)

- Demonstrated leadership capability - you've led or developed others before

- Resilience, adaptability and a customer-first mindset

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related field required; coaching accreditation or LSI desirable.
