About the role

As a key member of the Chronic Pain Therapies (CPT) team, this role is responsible for maximising sales volume and market share of designated products across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Townsville. The role involves managing Neuromodulation product sales, including implantable devices compatible with mobile technology and radiofrequency ablation therapies for chronic pain and movement disorders.

Key responsibilities

- Obtain and maintain Neuromodulation product certification

- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory

- Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training

- Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning

- Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks

- Provide pre procedure education to patients

- Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory

- Maintain accurate customer profiles and up to date product knowledge

- Manage allocated consignment stock

- Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Medical, Business Management field or other related field required

- Experience and demonstrated high performance as a Medical Device Territory Manager





- Experience in supporting procedures in the operating theatre as a Medical Device Representative

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Selling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovery of customer needs/requirements, follow up of sales leads, demonstrating the products, able to develop solutions and resolve problems, negotiating and closing the deal

- Valuable understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts

- Time management and problem-solving skills

- Passion for results and continuous improvement, both personally and professionally
