ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading piling and deep foundation company in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar area.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of post-graduate experience in project management, or proven expertise as a Construction Manager, preferably in piling or deep foundations.




- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
