Store Manager – Chatswood, Full-Time, $70K + Super + Incentives

Lead an exciting new retail concept in Chatswood We’re partnering with an established Australian retail brand that is bringing a fresh, experiential concept to the Chatswood market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a unique store that combines premium retail with a new hospitality experience.
You’ll lead a small, passionate team while driving sales, customer experience and commercial performance across the store.

What you'll be doing

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Take ownership of store sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience
- Drive sales through consultative customer interactions
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, stock and visual standards
- Support the hospitality component of the store, including the preparation and service of beverages
- Maintain high standards across food safety, hygiene and operational compliance
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Build a strong team culture and create an workplace where people love coming to work

What we're looking for

We're looking for a commercially minded Store Manager who loves being on the floor,



leading from the front and creating memorable customer experiences.
You'll ideally bring:

- Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience
- A proven track record of driving sales and KPIs
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills
- A consultative approach to customer service
- Experience within hospitality, food, café, QSR or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Strong operational capability, including stock, rostering and compliance
- The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of a growing business
- A genuine passion for delivering an elevated customer experience
