We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Guest Services Receptionist to become part of our holiday apartment team in the heart of Broadbeach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As the welcoming face of our property, you'll help create a positive experience for every guest from arrival through to departure.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting guests and managing check-ins and check-outs with a warm and professional approach.

- Responding to phone calls, emails, and booking enquiries in a timely manner.

- Processing reservations, payments, and updating our booking system.

- Assisting guests with requests and providing helpful local information and recommendations.

- Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure apartments are guest-ready.

- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:





- Experienced in reception, hospitality, accommodation, or customer service

- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people

- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm during busy periods

- Well presented, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude

- RMS experience or other hotel management system experience advantageous but not essential

- Available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays

- Valid Australian working rights
