ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers for a leading civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland. These roles are ideal for engineers with experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects looking to take the next step in their career.

Main Duties

- Support the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and construction works
- Manage subcontractors, crews, plant, materials, and site resources
- Prepare and manage look-ahead programs, schedules, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and productivity
- Assist with variations, claims, and contract administration
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with engineering, quality, and safety requirements

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in civil construction or infrastructure
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site coordination




- Experience with planning, QA, cost tracking, and subcontractor management
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a project team
