About the Company

Our client is a well-established community pharmacy in the northern suburbs of Wollongong, part of a broader regional group operating multiple pharmacies across New South Wales. As a compounding pharmacy, our client offers a genuinely broader clinical scope than a standard dispensing-only store, giving pharmacists real scope to build specialist compounding skills alongside day-to-day dispensing. The pharmacy has a strong community focus, working closely with local health professionals and aged care providers to support patients across a range of needs, so the day-to-day work stays varied rather than repetitive.

About the Position

This is a genuine opportunity to build a broad-based community pharmacy career rather than just fill a dispensing shift. You will work closely with other pharmacists, allied health professionals and aged care providers, giving you regular exposure to varied patient needs and a real sense of contributing to the wider healthcare picture in the area. Full training and a high level of day-to-day support are provided, so you can develop confidently whether you are consolidating recent registration or bringing years of dispensary experience. Expect variety across the different aspects of community pharmacy practice, from patient counselling and professional services through to dispensary and stock management.

Key Requirements

- General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA under the Pharmacy Board of Australia, current and unrestricted
- Full working rights in Australia




- Confidence delivering patient counselling and professional services in a community pharmacy setting
- Comfortable working collaboratively with other pharmacists, allied health professionals and aged care providers
- Aged care experience highly regarded, given the pharmacy's work alongside aged care providers
