Ready to take the next step in your OT career without stepping away from clinical practice?

What if you could keep doing the clinical work you love while having a bigger impact on the clinicians around you?

Our Clinical Consultant role offers the best of both worlds - staying hands-on with a paediatric/NDIS focused clinical caseload while stepping into a leadership, mentoring and clinical development position.

You'll work hybrid between home and one of our Perth clinics, with the flexibility to work from Spearwood, Midland, Maddington or Westminster, depending on what works best for you and the wider team.

You'll have the opportunity to work from home when completing CQD tasks, mentoring and admin, while still staying connected to your chosen clinic and the wider Perth team.

There may also be opportunities to travel across our Perth clinics when additional clinical support is needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support clinical audits, quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
- Develop clinical resources, programs and new service offerings
- Lead case conferences, team meetings and clinical discussions
- Keep up to date with current research, NDIS changes and best-practice approaches
- Help introduce recent ideas that improve outcomes for both clients and clinicians

What's In It For You?

- Competitive salary + super + additional incentives
- Flexible working arrangements and genuine work-life balance
- Hybrid working between home and your preferred Perth clinic
- No weekends or on-call
- Salary sacrifice options for additional super contributions or novated car leasing
- Significant administrative support so you can focus on clinical and CQD work
