About the job:

You’ll be helping customers navigate challenging financial situations while finding fair, practical solutions that work for everyone.

Hours Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Have meaningful conversations with customers with empathy, professionalism and respect
- Negotiate fair and realistic repayment solutions
- Provide support to customers experiencing financial hardship
- Manage customer accounts in line with compliance requirements and best practice
- Maintain accurate records and documentation




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in collections or customer-facing roles
- A confident communicator who knows how to handle sensitive conversations
- A natural problem-solver who can balance commercial outcomes with care
- Resilient, organised and proactive
- Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment
- Familiar with NCCP/ASIC requirements — advantageous, but not essential

Most importantly, you’ll bring the right attitude, empathy and willingness to help people.
