We’re looking for a Client Support Officer to work 20–24 hours per week, directly supporting one of our advisers. No prior experience is needed - just a keen attitude, strong attention to detail, and a warm, friendly manner.

Our firm is based in Toowoomba, QLD, and we service clients all over Australia. We’re flexible on when your hours are worked - school hours, around study, or another regular pattern that suits you.

About You

- Exceptional attention to detail - you catch the things others miss.

- Warm and genuine with people - a good listener who enjoys hearing clients’ stories.

- Comfortable being the first point of contact, on the phone and in person.

- A robust communicator, both written and verbal.

- Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload.





- Discreet with confidential client information.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact for our clients - answering calls and emails and welcoming them to the office.

- Support one adviser directly with diary management, meeting preparation and follow-up.

- Keep client records accurate and up to date in our CRM.

- Prepare documents, lodge paperwork with super funds, insurers and platforms, and track it through to completion.

- Celebrate the wins with our clients along the way.
