The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing fashion retail store and create an engaging, customer-focused environment.
We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader with a strong understanding of women's fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the team, drive sales and KPIs, maintain strong visual standards, and ensure the store reflects the brand's distinctive style and personality.

The ideal Store Manager will naturally understand this customer and be confident in styling, building relationships and creating a warm, welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and motivate a passionate retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through genuine engagement and styling
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock, VM, rostering and day-to-day store operations




- Build a strong team culture and develop individual team members
- Use commercial insights to maximise sales opportunities

What We're Looking For

- Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- A genuine passion for women's fashion and styling
- Robust sales and KPI management experience
- A natural ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- Commercially focused with excellent organisational skills
- Someone who is energetic, polished and customer-focused

Salary & Benefits

- $68,000 + Super
- $1,200 annual clothing allowance
- Staff discounts
