About the role

All Trades Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Projects Supervisor / Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our operations, as it directly impacts client satisfaction, team performance, and the company's reputation in the construction industry. You will work on-site and in the office, managing teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Attend site, quote works, plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality specifications, working closely with our Projects admin team

- Manage and supervise on-site teams, including tradespeople and labourers, providing clear direction and performance feedback

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

- work closely with our Projects admin team to help prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports and site records

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives

- Manage project budgets and control costs, including procurement of materials and equipment





- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conduct safety inductions and maintain secure working conditions on-site

- Conduct quality inspections throughout the job process and rectify any defects or non-conformances

- Coordinate subcontractors and manage contractual obligations to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work

- Prepare final handover documentation and conduct defect rectification post-completion

What we're looking for

- Formal qualification in Construction Management, Building or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in construction project management

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction project supervision or management, demonstrating progressive responsibility

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety standards and relevant legislation in NSW

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality outcomes

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the trades staff

- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels

- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to various project sites as required

- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices,



including understanding of WHS legislation

- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
