As a boutique agency servicing Mentone, Keysborough and surrounding suburbs, we pride ourselves on providing personalised service and building lasting relationships with our landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same in Property Management. You'll play an important role supporting our team and helping ensure our properties and clients receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with the management of residential rental properties.

- Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up outstanding works.

- Organising inspections and property appointments.

- Preparing tenancy agreements, notices, and property documentation.

- Maintaining accurate property records and client communications.

- Supporting leasing activities and prospective tenant enquiries.

- Assisting with entry, routine, and final inspections.

- Helping deliver a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or currently studying towards obtaining one).

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Access to a reliable vehicle.

- Experience in customer service, administration, real estate, hospitality, or retail.

Highly Regarded

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English, as many of our landlords and clients are Mandarin-speaking.
